Tele sales Representative

Job summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Representative to generate sales and cultivate strong customer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a persuasive and patient demeanor, capable of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers by phone to inform them about a product or service using pre-written scripts. Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and close sales. Answer customer questions about products or the company with accuracy and detail. Process orders and transactions, documenting customer information, purchases, and other relevant data in the company database. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Handle and resolve customer grievances calmly to preserve the company's reputation. Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Follow up on initial sales leads and direct them to the field sales team when necessary. Go the "extra mile" to facilitate future sales and meet monthly or quarterly sales quotas. Create and present detailed sales reports to management. Stay up-to-date with new products, services, market trends, and promotions.

Required skills and qualifications:

Strong communication:

The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.

Computer proficiency:

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
