Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Russian to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling premium services, achieving ambitious sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and provide visa services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, referrals, and online platforms. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain service packages clearly, addressing client needs, objections, and concerns. Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups through CRM or company database.
Requirements:

Fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal). Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in visa, high-ticket service sales (luxury products, travel packages, etc.). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet high sales targets. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of visa application processes and travel documentation is a plus.
