Role Overview



This role is

explicitly vendor registration-driven

. The Sales Executive will be

directly responsible for ensuring that Al Warqa Survey Engineering is formally registered and approved as a vendor

with developers, consultants, and contractors. The core objective of this position is to secure approved vendor status with target organizations and convert those approvals into active project opportunities.

Core Responsibility - Vendor Registration & Approval



Independently manage and execute the complete process of getting Al Warqa Survey Engineering listed on approved vendor lists

of developers, consultants, and contractors. Identify organizations where vendor registration is mandatory for tendering, RFQs, or project engagement. Prepare, submit, and follow up on all vendor registration, prequalification, and compliance documentation. Coordinate internally to collect required company documents, certifications, and technical information for submissions. Track approval status, respond to clarifications, and ensure timely completion of registration requirements. Maintain and manage vendor registration records, approval validity, and renewal schedules.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities



Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to identify developers, consultants, and contractors for vendor registration and business acquisition. Generate and qualify leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through project execution. Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and proposals issued post vendor approval until closure.

Client & Internal Coordination



Arrange and attend client meetings and site or office visits as required to support vendor registration and sales closure. Act as a coordination link between clients and internal operations teams to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Support smooth and efficient execution of awarded jobs by aligning client requirements with operational capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements (Deal Breaker)



Proven, hands-on experience in successfully getting companies listed on approved vendor lists

of developers, consultants, and contractors.

Prior experience in a similar service-providing sector

, such as surveying, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical consultancy. Candidates

without direct vendor registration and approval experience in relevant sectors will not be considered

.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). Strong documentation management, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Ability to independently manage vendor registration and sales activities with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
