We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated

Sales Representatives / Executive

with proven sales track records in Sales of Used Heavy machinery/Earthmoving Equipment within UAE Market.

Job Duties:

Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

We are primarily seeking Heavy Machinery showroom representatives with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in walk-in sales, product display, and customer service. It would be an advantage if candidates also have experience as outdoor sales executives, including field presence, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Other Requirements:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. Valid UAE Driving License
