Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Executive with a passion for cars and a proven track record in the automotive industry, specifically within the GCC region. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of car evaluations, sales techniques, and customer service to effectively contribute to the growth and success of our showroom. A valid driving licence is mandatory for this position. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and accurate evaluations of used cars to determine appropriate pricing and facilitate transparent transactions.
Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, provide detailed information about available vehicles, and effectively guide them through the sales process.
Actively pursue and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and achieve monthly sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options to facilitate informed decision-making by customers.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to create effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and attractive sales offers to enhance the dealership\'s competitive edge.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the latest automotive trends, models, and industry developments, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
Collaborate with the service and maintenance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-maintained used cars to customers.
Uphold the dealership\'s standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Generate accurate and timely sales reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously strive to enhance personal and professional development through training programs and workshops to stay updated with industry best practices and market trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the GCC region within the used car sales sector.
Proven expertise in car evaluations, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and sales management software.
A valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
