Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Handle the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing the deal.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE used car market, including pricing and trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in vehicle valuations and trade-in assessments.
Manage listings on various online platforms (e.g., Dubizzle, Facebook Marketplace).
Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and events.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE used car industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good knowledge of different car brands, models, and specifications.
Familiarity with UAE RTA regulations and car transfer procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Proficient in using online sales platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Valid UAE driving license.
