Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop strategies for business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
