Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of Alliance Ventura Real Estate Dubai.

Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of available properties.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process, offering guidance and support to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, striving to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Close sales transactions in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are fulfilled.
  • Market Analysis and Research:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth and development.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings using CRM systems and databases.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant regulations is desirable.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
