Position Overview

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling products or services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the product or service offerings, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Experience

\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in sales or call centre

Other Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Highly fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays

\xc2\xb7 Position reports to Head of Business Development

\xc2\xb7 Deliver the highest level of customer service by appropriately providing up to date knowledge about price, promotions, discounts and special packages as well as answer customer questions and concerns

\xc2\xb7 Consistently upsell and cross-sell, based on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs

\xc2\xb7 Handle and resolve customer issues & escalate those that cannot be resolved to the Operations Manager

\xc2\xb7 Handle regular, party, corporate & group bookings via phone calls, emails and social media

\xc2\xb7 Handle on site bookings by providing information regarding the packages and closing the sale

\xc2\xb7 Achieve the monthly & yearly booking targets and report the Sales Manager on the same

\xc2\xb7 Place initial phone calls to qualify and warm up leads and generate interest

\xc2\xb7 Prospecting, cold calling, and making appointments with new leads

\xc2\xb7 Follow-up calls to prioritized leads and ensure customer follow up via, email, call or appointment
