\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and execute of a clearly defined sales & marketing strategy (core products & markets) in a manner that supports consistent business growth and profitability in-line with the company vision and direction.

\xef\x82\xa7 Creatively and strategically drive new business development for the company be it through new products, new markets, new customers, acquisition opportunities

\xef\x82\xa7 Manage and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in key customer accounts and strategic marketing and industry partners

\xef\x82\xa7 Provide feedback on competitor products, market demands and trends to our Product Management and Engineering teams
