Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell plumbing, electrical, and MEP products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders, payments, and deliveries in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry standards, and competitor activities to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
