Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate product/service benefits, and close deals will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • -Develop a deep understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services and effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients.
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the company\xe2\x80\x99s evolving products, services, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in the Food and Beverage industry with established networks within the Horeca segment, encompassing restaurants and hotels.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
