Job Description

  • Maximizes sales of interior products including sales planning, in-home face-to-face customer consultations.
  • Designing, estimating, measuring each project with accuracy and speed.
  • Development of project proposals and tracking of current and potential sales.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and margin goals.
  • Developing relationships with clients with the hope of generating future referral business.
  • Promoting CASTALIA products to designers, architects, contractors, developers, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of furniture, tiles, kitchen and bath design and industry trends.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by demonstrating products and project expertise.
  • Meet with clients at our showroom to present design concepts and proposals.
  • Providing follow-through on projects, and complete flawless projects on time.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selection of materials/merchandise.
