Position: Sales Executive Location: Umm Al Quwain UAE Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, attracting new clients, and fostering strong relationships within the free zone. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and promoting the benefits of our free zone services. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
  • \xc2\xb7 Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
  • \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • \xc2\xb7 Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner.
Sales and Promotion:
  • \xc2\xb7 Promote the advantages and benefits of Free Trade Zone to potential clients.
  • \xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services.
  • \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • \xc2\xb7 Achieve sales targets
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • \xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • \xc2\xb7 Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in both English & Russian Language.
  • \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the free zone or business setup services sector.
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and free zone regulations.
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
