Job Description

:
  • Identify potential business opportunities in the land transport sector in Dubai through market research, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into profitable business partnerships by understanding their unique transportation needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and logistics partners, to facilitate collaboration and promote the company\'s services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, address client feedback, and uphold the company\'s commitment to excellence.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Continuously gather and share market intelligence and feedback from clients to improve existing services and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights, presenting them to the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the land transport or logistics industry in Dubai.
  • In-depth knowledge of the land transport sector in Dubai, including regulations, market trends, and key players.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are advantageous.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid UAE driver\'s license and the willingness to travel as required.
