Main Responsibility
Make phone calls to new customer for introducing service we provide
Achieve the set sales target
Conduct field visits to promote services and understand customer needs
Communicating and building strong relationships with clients.
Collect transport documents as per the UAE government requirements from customers
Filing the required documents and assist customers with all inquires
Interact effectively with the internal team to improve transport operations and services
Follow up on the transport process from time of confirmation till delivery to customers
Follow up customers on invoicing and payment collection
Inform to management team about sales and customer issues as daily basis
Use analytical skills to identify market opportunities and enhance growth
Stay up to date about developments and changes in the GCC transport industry
Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements of set goals
Any other assigned duties by the management
To walk customer through the processes and procedures on both local and cross border documents/cargo details/police permissions
To show case roadlinks trailers and trucks
Guidance on safety procedures that will ensure customer cargo
Create excitement to the customer to work with us
Understanding customers experiences with other transporters and to be used as lessons learned for better customer service
