Key Responsibilities
Self-Generated Prospecting:
Proactively hunt for leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar modern tools.
Social Selling:
Build a professional brand on social platforms to attract corporate clients and individual students.
Multi-Channel Outreach:
Execute cold calling, personalized video emails, and strategic networking without relying on paid marketing leads.
Consultative Closing:
Understand the career goals of potential students and map them to WingsWay's international certifications
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a rigorous CRM hygiene to track "self-sourced" vs "company-provided" opportunities.
Revenue Ownership:
Meet and exceed monthly commercial targets with a mindset of "unlimited growth."
