Job Description

We are looking for a

motivated and experienced Sales Executive

to join our team and drive

project-based sales

of building materials. This role involves selling a wide range of products, including

tiles, marble, paints, LED lighting, and sanitaryware

, to professionals in the constructions. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship-building and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

construction and building materials industry

.

Promote and sell products to

architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and real estate developers

.

Achieve or exceed monthly and annual

sales targets

.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide expert advice and solutions based on client needs and project requirements.

Prepare and present

sales proposals

, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales service.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Engineering

, or a related field.

Proven experience in

project sales

within the

building materials sector

is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with

construction project cycles

and local market dynamics
