Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

e-book publishing, marketing, and global distribution services

to clients. Identify potential customers through calls, emails, and online leads. Explain publishing and marketing solutions clearly to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve assigned targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Build professional relationships with authors, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Learn and stay updated on digital publishing trends and global platforms.
Experience & Qualifications

0 to 2 years of experience

in sales, business development, or customer service (freshers are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn digital publishing and marketing services. Target-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM or online sales tools is an advantage. Good command of

English

and

Arabic

; additional languages are a plus.
