Job Details

• Achieve individual sales targets through effective customer engagement
• Promote telecom products including SIM cards, mobile plans, and data packs
• Provide accurate product knowledge and solutions to meet customer requirements
• Maintain display standards, planograms, and placards to enhance visual merchandising
• Conduct sales indoors at retail outlets, malls, and government entities
• Stay updated with telecom trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
• Contribute to team goals and support overall sales performance
• Ensure excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently

Ideal Profile

• Graduation or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to exceed KPIs
• Commercially aware and customer-focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to POS and CRM systems
