The Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive who's confident, motivated, and ready to build relationships and close deals. This is a client-facing role focused on growing our customer base and promoting our range of pool products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and conduct site visits.
Present product solutions and maintenance packages tailored to each client's needs.
Prepare quotes and coordinate closely with the technical team.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships to generate repeat business.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in swimming pool, MEP, or construction industries.
Good understanding of pool systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
UAE driving license is required.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission, with clear growth opportunities.
