With our expanding portfolio of products and a commitment to excellence, We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in spices and pulses. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts across the UAE, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's sales targets.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in spices and pulses segments Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across all UAE emirates Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional after-sales support Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maximize profitability Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and product launches Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Proven sales experience in spices & pulses (preferred) with track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Market Familiarity:

Knowledge of UAE market dynamics across all emirates

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Negotiation:

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivation:

Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Education:

Degree or diploma (preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong)

Salary

AED 4,000 - AED 6,000
