Job Description

Major Foodstuff company in Al Ras is looking for a well experienced Counter Sales Executive who can perform the below duties and responsibilities.

Sales & Customer Service



Greet and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and purchases. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable food products. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions. Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.

Product Knowledge & Display Management



Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's food products (Pulses, Spices etc) Ensure the display and arrangement of products are attractive and well-stocked. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.

Billing & Documentation



Handle cash and card transactions at the counter. Generate sales receipts and maintain accurate records of sales transactions. Assist in preparing delivery orders and invoices.

Customer Relationship & Feedback



Address customer complaints (if any) and resolve issues professionally. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality. Build long-term relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.

Coordination & Reporting



Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with management. Stay updated on new product launches and company policies.

General Duties



Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and store. Follow food safety regulations and company policies. Support marketing initiatives like product promotions and sampling.
