Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, pitching digital marketing services, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to offer tailored digital solutions that meet clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Promote and sell agency services including social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, branding, and website development.
Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Conduct presentations and pitch decks for potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in CRM tools.
Follow up with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: AED 4,000-5,000/month (based on experience)
Paid annual leave and other UAE labour law benefits
