Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. \xc3\x98 Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners. \xc3\x98 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. \xc3\x98 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. \xc3\x98 Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. \xc3\x98 Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands. \xc3\x98 Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. \xc3\x98 Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. \xc3\x98 Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s product and services. Requirements: \xc3\x98 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. \xc3\x98 Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management \xc3\x98 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. \xc3\x98 Results- oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets \xc3\x98 Willing to travel as required.
