Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Executive in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Welcome customers warmly, identify their needs and assist them in finding the right products
Give product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience
Develop an in-depth understanding of all products offered in the hypermarket to provide accurate information to customers
Make sure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, sales campaigns, as well as product demonstrations to attract and engage customers
Conduct any related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a business or sales related course
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a hypermarket or similar large-scale retail environment required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and assist customers
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and close deals
Familiarity with the hypermarket\'s product range and the ability to learn about new products quickly
A collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues, supervisors, as well as cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales and inventory records
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on the hypermarket\'s operating schedule
