Job Description
The candidate we are looking for for this position would be a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and achieving Sales Engineer with a proven track record and experience and a passion for creating and closing new opportunities. The candidate would be responsible for selling new prospects as well as framing back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall sales team and business success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Engineer The candidate for this position would be
- Preparing and delivering presentations that carefully explain the scientific /technical aspects of the products. ( Pre-insulated / Phenolic Panels )
- Discuss equipment and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Generating top sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging on-time deliveries.
- Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating the issues and possible solutions to the senior management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals.
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and Services
- 2-5 years\' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
