We are a leading player in the Food and FMCG sector, representing a portfolio of premium cheese and dairy brands. As part of our strategic expansion across the United Arab Emirates, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team and drive market penetration.
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with a proven track record in selling cheese and dairy products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a sales territory, building strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) and catering sectors, and achieving sales targets. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and requires a deep understanding of the local UAE food market.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new business accounts within the assigned territory and market segment (HoReCa, Catering, etc.).
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our cheese and dairy product range to effectively present, demonstrate, and advise clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback and identify new business opportunities.
  • Target-Driven Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Region 1: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
  • Region 2: Dubai & Sharjah
  • Region 3: Ajman, Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) & Fujairah
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, specifically in cheese and dairy products within the Food/FMCG sector.
  • Network: A strong, existing network of contacts with restaurants, hotels, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and catering companies in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UAE food market dynamics, key players, and distribution channels.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
