Have a good understand of speculative trading and market making for crypto, futures market.
Sufficient knowledge and passion about world financial markets, macro and microeconomics.
A team player, self-disciplined in trading activities, able to work under pressure and willingness to trade in various trading hours.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, in Russian & chinese and English, and the ability to communicate with companies at a business level.
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills including the ability to function effectively within a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask.
High attention to detail and affinity for data analysis.
High levels of self-motivation, energy and initiative with a commitment to excellence.
