Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for gaming software products and platforms
Engage with potential clients to understand their operational and commercial requirements
Present gaming software solutions through demos, presentations, and online meetings
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
Coordinate with technical, product, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory considerations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
3 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in gaming software, SaaS, iGaming, or technology solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of gaming platforms, software solutions, and digital products
Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct product demos and solution-based selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline and forecast management
Knowledge of the UAE / GCC market, client landscape, and regional business practices.
