Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of LIALI, providing a superior client experience and driving sales through your expert knowledge of fine jewellery and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their desires, and guiding them in selecting the perfect piece that tells their story.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Sales:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized, consultative sales experience.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including gemology, metals, and design features.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain impeccable presentation of the store and merchandise.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Assist in visual merchandising, stock display, and ensuring the boutique reflects LIALI's luxury standards.
  • Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and product replenishment.
  • Stay updated on product collections, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience within a fine jewellery or high-end luxury retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Arabic or Russian will be a significant advantage.
  • A genuine passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
