Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE Effectively manage assigned key accounts or channel partners and sell a multi-product range. The candidate will be responsible for developing business within the existing customer base and will also have new business development accountability. Candidate carry stretching sales targets and will rely heavily on developing and fostering effective longer-term customer real patronships. They will also play a role in the development and delivery of longer-term contracts with negotiations being of significant complexity. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet or exceed set sales revenue targets for assigned territories.
  • Builds long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities.
  • Contract (BDA) development & negotiation
  • Identify the customer needs & opportunities and pro act accordingly.
  • Maintains accurate and up- to- date records of customer sales activity to support management reporting and effective decision making.
  • Sales forecasting based on sales target , rolling 3 months sales forecast.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: English language- Intermediate. Arabic, Hindi and advantage. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.
  • minimum of 3 years successful performance in similar role in FMCG in UAE.
  • Valid U.A.E Driving License and own car.
