We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote a restaurant, increase sales, and build strong relationships with customers and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will help grow revenue through bookings, events, partnerships, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
oPromote restaurant services, dining offers, events, and catering packages
oGenerate new leads and follow up with potential customers and corporate clients
oHandle group bookings, parties, and special events
oMaintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits
oMeet or exceed monthly sales targets
oCoordinate with restaurant management and service staff to ensure customer satisfaction
oPrepare sales reports and provide market feedback
oRepresent the restaurant at promotional events and networking opportunities
Requirements & Skills
oProven experience in sales, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B
oStrong communication and negotiation skills
oCustomer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team
oGood knowledge of local market and customer trends
oBasic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
