We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive- Remote, to manage inbound and outbound leads, develop new customers in emerging regions, and support the sales team by driving deals from lead generation to closure. The role requires strong follow-up discipline, pipeline management, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Pipeline Control
Manage all incoming leads, including marketing leads, product inquiries, website leads, and channel referrals
Maintain and update all leads in the CRM / sales pipeline with accurate status and follow-ups
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and buying intent
Ensure no lead leakage through timely follow-ups and reminders
Sales Development & Customer Acquisition
Develop new customers in new and untapped regions
Identify potential system integrators, resellers, corporate customers, and project partners
Conduct introductory calls, product presentations, and requirement discussions
Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up campaigns
Deal Follow-ups & Coordination
Follow up on quotations, proposals, demos, and ongoing negotiations
Coordinate with the sales, pre-sales, logistics, and finance teams to move deals forward
Support the closure process by addressing customer queries and objections
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
Act as the primary point of contact until handover to the account or project team
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support
Reporting & Sales Support
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast summaries
Track conversion ratios, follow-up effectiveness, and deal progress
Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends with management
Key Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Business Development
Experience in IT, AV, electronics, or B2B distribution is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
