Job Description

We FTS looking for Lady Sales Executive for our office Ras-Al-Khaimah.As an executive sales professional, your role will involve overseeing and leading sales activities within an organization. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Here is an outline of the content typically associated with an executive sales position: Leadership and Strategy:Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and goals in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.Lead and motivate a sales team, setting clear targets, and providing guidance and support.Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the organization's customer base.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition. Sales Management:Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion to achieve revenue targets.Monitor and assess sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies. Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer demands.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to build a strong professional network. Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Sales Performance Analysis:Track and analyze sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive sales effectiveness. Training and Development:Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team. Relationship Management:Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as senior executives, marketing teams, and product managers, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, leveraging networking and relationship-building skills. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:Forecast sales targets and budgets, working closely with finance and senior management.
Monitor and analyze sales data to provide accurate sales forecasts and budget recommendations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:
