We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Project Sales Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to build and sustain relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Development

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and exceptional service. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations; negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Maintain organised, up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain detailed documentation of project pipelines, client communications, and sales performance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and effective after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
