Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the construction sector and the ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Prepare professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals successfully. Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
