Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive

to expand our project sales in building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven expertise in the construction and building materials sector, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the construction and building materials industry.

Promote and sell a wide range of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Prepare professional sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals successfully.

Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales within the building materials or construction industry (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid UAE driver's license with access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
