Candidate Profile
Experience:
2-4 years in
sales within the UAE
, exclusively in
professional services
Language:
Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
Skills & Attributes:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Must be highly deal-closure oriented, as commission will be earned on every successfully closed contract
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must come equipped with own client leads and a clear sales strategy
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for accounting, tax, and audit services
Execute a personalized sales plan using existing data and networks
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Achieve monthly revenue targets and report performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
