Job Summary

The Sales Executive / Production Coordinator is responsible for driving sales growth while coordinating production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing and delivery of plastic products. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic industry Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales orders Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts when required Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Production Coordination

Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule manufacturing orders Ensure customer orders are communicated clearly to production Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery Resolve production or delivery issues in coordination with relevant departments Maintain production and order tracking records

Order & Documentation Management

Prepare sales orders, delivery notes, and related documentation Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules

Reporting & Communication

Prepare sales and production reports for management Act as a communication bridge between sales, production, and logistics teams Ensure customer satisfaction through effective coordination and follow-up
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in sales and/or production coordination in the

plastic manufacturing industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is an advantage
Preferred Skills

Experience in UAE/GCC plastic manufacturing market Understanding of production planning and inventory control Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
