Job Responsibilities (JR):
Manage and grow key accounts in the Price Category segment, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned category.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including international and retail brand partners.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
Prepare regular reports on sales, forecasts, and account updates for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the toys industry, specifically in Price Category sales.
Proven track record in
KAM, BDM, and Buyer roles
, managing key international accounts.
Strong ability to drive sales growth and achieve/exceed targets.
Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
