We are seeking a driven and energetic

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads. Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services effectively. Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships. Assist clients with product/service information, pricing, quotations, and follow-ups. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, proposals, and conversions in the CRM system. Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team. Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction. Support the creation of sales reports, pipelines, and performance updates. Maintain a positive, confident, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
