Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, Oil & Gas companies, maintenance contractors, and industrial clients. Promote a wide range of consumables including welding rods, grinding/cutting discs, PPE, sealants, gaskets, fasteners, tapes, chemicals, and tools. Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals tailored to customer requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales while maintaining profitability.
Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, project engineers, and site in-charges. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demos to understand requirements and offer solutions. Provide post-sales support including delivery coordination, invoicing follow-up, and handling customer complaints.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. Maintain an updated client database and track pipeline using CRM tools. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Coordination & Documentation:

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Ensure proper documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices are maintained. Follow up on payments and ensure collection as per agreed terms.
