Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive to help drive sales of Personal Finance (DIB)

You should have strong knowledge and passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Acquisition:

Source new clients, promote financial product (loans), and meet monthly/annual sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs.

Product Expertise:

Provide detailed information, advice, and solutions based on customer financial goals.

Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue.

Service & Support:

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive banking experience.

Compliance:

Adhere strictly to banking regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, and internal policies.

Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports, customer pipelines, and market feedback.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and achieve targets.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, rapport-building, and customer service abilities.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of banking products and market trends.

Professionalism:

A positive, presentable demeanor and strong work ethic.

Education:

bachelor's degree preferred.

Sales Executive Requirements:

Proven work experience as a sales executive.

Banking experience of at least 1 year preferred

Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

High-level communication and networking skills.

A passion for sales.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.
