Fintrek Marketing is seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Executive
to join our Personal Loan division. If you have a strong background in retail banking and a passion for exceeding sales targets, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers. Identify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Stay up to date with banking products and UAE market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in retail banking in the UAE
, specifically inpersonal loan sales
(preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets consistently. Experience in customer relationship management. Applicantmust be currently available in the UAE
