Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the perfume industry--targeting manufacturers, distributors, online retailers, and boutique fragrance brands. Sell AWS solutions tailored to fragrance sector needs, such as AI-powered customer personalization, inventory automation, omnichannel retail integration, and secure data storage. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with AWS engineers and technical specialists to deliver customized cloud-based solutions that align with client goals. Understand the perfume sector's operational challenges--like high-SKU management, volatile demand, and export logistics--and position AWS tools to solve them. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and expansion of AWS usage. Attend perfume expos, retail tech events, and trade shows to network and raise awareness about AWS solutions for the fragrance market. Report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and pipeline development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of UAE experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, cloud services, luxury goods, or retail. Understanding of cloud computing and AWS core services (certification or technical sales experience is a plus). Familiarity with the perfume and fragrance industry's distribution channels and retail dynamics. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
