The Sales Executive - Perfume is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with customers and retail partners. The role involves promoting perfume products, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and enhancing brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell perfume products to existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations and in-store demonstrations when required.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential business channels.
Ensure proper merchandising and product display in retail outlets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the
perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fragrances and understanding of perfume market trends.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
UAE driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
