to join our Pavers Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling concrete pavers, tiles, and related products to contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell concrete pavers, tiles, and related products to target customers.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit quotations; negotiate prices and terms to secure orders.
Maintain an updated and organized database of clients and projects.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the pavers/construction materials industry within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
Strong understanding of construction project sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
