Job Responsibilities: Sales: - To bring in and generate sales. - To make database of the leads, quotations, client list, daily agendas, weekly reports, CRM updating for Leads etc. - Generate leads by calling prospect walk-ins and through emails. - Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements; items, size, material, finishes, quantity etc. Ask questions to have clear idea on requirements. - Make PowerPoint presentations on client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and present them in a way that is clear and understandable to suppliers. Nothing should be assumed in order to avoid any conflicts. - Make sure supplier\xe2\x80\x99s specs quoted are matching with client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. If not, get clarity form suppliers. - Make costing and quote. - Follow up with client\xe2\x80\x99s regularly to close sales. Database & Reporting: - Update client\xe2\x80\x99s meeting details in the client meeting log; discussions held with clients/their requirements etc. - Enter new contacts and leads in CRM - Make agenda for the day and inform in the evening about tasks done to the manager. - Update quotes list sent to client. - (Every sat) Update client database and sent to reporting manager. - (Every Sat) Update leads database and sent to reporting manager. - (Every Sat) Make sales report and sent to reporting manager. - (Every 15 days) Provide updated samples list. Qualifications: - Sales Experience in hospitality industry for 3-4 years, specifically selling products such as tableware, cutlery etc. - Must have driver\'s license and car. - Proficient in the use of the computer and the uses of essential software, such as MS Excel. Skills - Strong communications skills, verbal and written. - Strong organizational skills. - Drive and motive for sales. - Knows basic excel. - Product knowledge. - Sense of commitment to perform and finish tasks on time. - Attitude (self image, traits, motives) \xe2\x80\x93 Proactive to give clear specs to suppliers/ Smart to think from supplier\'s mindset Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
