We are urgently looking for Sales Executive - Outdoor (Well informed about WPC Decking materials) with Valid Driving License and having his own car is a must! - For Any Gender Brief description We are looking for a (Outdoor) Sales Executive that excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsible to meet and exceed sales targets successfully and create business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Having experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota. With a strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in Construction/ Building Materials especially WPC Decking Floors. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial materials solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners. The critical purpose of the role is to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets. Tasks

• Must have experience selling to construction companies
• Must have experience selling WPC decking to pool companies, floating walkways and other such customers
• To understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support;

• Establishing market penetration in Commercial Interiors in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) , generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.

• Identifying and winning major landscaping projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.

• Confer with customers and engineers to assess product needs and to determine system requirements;
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions;
• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs;
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment;
• Recommend improved materials to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production;
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery;
• Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.

• The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years construction project sales experience, preferably in landscaping sector, commercial real estate, event management or construction.
• Ideally, this individual could be a Project Manager turned sales executive, an Interior Designer turned sales executive, or existing sales executive by education and profession who has the desire to market landscaping design solutions and manage client relationships in the designated sector.
• Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.
• Sales Commission to be agreed

• UAE driving license is necessary (Own a car)
• Company will provide fuel, Salik and Mobile phone plan. Mobile device by the employee. Salary: AED. 6000 per month
